TIPSTER HAS GOT 'THE SCOOP' AND WE'RE SHARING IT WITH YOU
Dry & Bitter Brewing Co. has set their sights on opening up in Kastrup! We've gotten the goss straight from the boss, and he's excited to share that there will be a brand new D&B brewery and taproom at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025. Hop hop hooray!
Don't call it a comeback! Kokkeriet, which earned a Michelin star in 2008, changed hands in September and is set to be revived with a new name and new identity by Copenhagen icons Rasmus Grønbeck and Lasse Askov. These industry veterans are leaving the tasting menu behind, instead creating an accessible space without compromising on quality.
This place is a mecca for mezze, hummus, falafel, shawarma, and more. Their love for the planet shines through just as much as their love of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. With sustainability top of mind, everything is made from scratch with Danish ingredients, and they've even earned the coveted organic gold label. The next location of Gaza Grill will be in Nordvest.
As the world-renowned Sushi Anaba team prepares to reopen in their new location, they're also preparing to welcome a new restaurant to the family! Chefs Emil Hassan Lyngbæk and Valdemar Junge Norvang will serve a French and Japanese-inspired omakase menu in the intimate, 16-seat space on Sandkaj where Sushi Anaba previously resided.
The no. 77 best bar in the world is gearing up to open a new spot in city center. Bird is best known for disrupting the cocktail bar scene by proving that pre-batched cocktails just taste better. On the docket for their new digs is an ambitious coffee program, bottled cocktails, an expanded food menu, and, as always, an epic lineup of DJs spinning vinyls night and day.
ÅBEN is on a hot streak! Or should we say, a hop streak ;) Before too long, you'll be able to imbibe their incredible craft brews at yet another epic taproom, this time in 'Den Røde By', the red-brick laden neighborhood of Nordhavn.
Industry happenings, hot off the press! Whether it's a rumor we’ve heard out on the streets of Copenhagen, or confirmed insider info from the owners themselves, we want you to be the first to know. Get it while it’s hot!
Our spidey senses are tingling because it looks like the team behind Gaarden & Gaden and Rondo is gearing up to open a new sandwich shop in Nørrebro. With their killer bread-baking skills on lock, this one is sure to be a sando spot for the ages.
