Back in the day, the team at Gaarden & Gaden used to bake bread in their compact kitchen during off-hours. Then in 2021, owner Thomas Spelling cycled past a nearby location, saw a ‘For Sale’ sign, and decided their sourdough deserved a dedicated space.
