Everything is low-intervention and imported directly from small producers, and the food menu is created in collaboration with their friends at the local favorite Rufino Osteria. Taste Stella Flora from Maria Pia Castelli, a floral and slightly spicy white with ripe fruit aromas, or Czech producer Petr Marada’s oak-aged Ryzlink Rýnský Riesling. Try an orange like Welschriesling from Velkeer Winery in Slovakia or Raiz Branco from Portuguese producer Tiago Teles. Drink L’Abrunet Rosat, a rosé made with Grenache grapes at Celler Frisach in the south of Catalonia.
