At their new harborfront hangout in Aarhus Ø, industry pros Mads Schack, Caspar Mönniche, and Magnus Hofmeister have joined forces to build a bar from the ground up with hella good music, hella good vibes, and of course, hella good drinks. Whether you want to geek out about clarification techniques, try something you’ve never tasted before, or just want to kick back and sip a flawlessly executed classic, Hella has got what you need and a good time is pretty much guaranteed.

WHAT YOU GET

Pick whatever you like at Hella. Taste a Latin Grammys with Padron pepper-infused tequila, sage, lime, and agave nectar. Get a Cosmic Girl with red currant-infused aquavit, orange liqueur, and lime. Go for a Paloma-inspired Donna Summer with tequila, mezcal, pink grapefruit, chili cordial, and soda. If you’re the tiki type, sip on a Hot Stepper with Paranubes rum, Campari, clarified coconut milk, lime, and pineapple foam. Drink a desserty C.R.E.A.M. with Calvados, vermouth, lemon curd, and egg yolk. Try a low-ABV option like Pink + White with Cocchi Americano Rosa, white tea cordial, and soda.
