It all starts with warm, fluffy sourdough flatbread, which gets layered with homemade hummus, creamy romesco, fresh salad, pomegranate, and a drizzle of Phago’s signature preserved lemon dressing. Choose the Chicken flatbread, made with chicken thigh marinated in confit garlic. Have the Halloumi, which gets fried to a golden crisp. Feast on Falafel, made from scratch with loads of fresh herbs, or go for the Lamb, cooked sous vide to keep it extra juicy.
